Spring has almost  sprung, and that can only mean one thing—it's brunch season! If you’re looking for the best Easter brunch in NJ, you’ve found it.

At The Farm on Main, we believe Easter is about family, food, and fresh beginnings. This year, we’re hosting our 2nd Annual Easter Brunch on Saturday, April 19, complete with a farm-to-table feast, live music, and festive family fun. Whether you’re here for the eggs (scrambled or hidden!), bubbly, or fresh blooms, we promise a brunch experience that’s as lovely as spring itself.

What’s on the Menu?

Easter Brunch at The Farm on Main is more than just a meal—it’s a feast of fresh flavors, carefully crafted by Sunny Rae’s Kitchen to highlight the taste of the season. Our chef-curated buffet blends classic brunch favorites with elevated gourmet offerings, ensuring a spread that stuns both the eyes and the taste buds.

A Fresh Start: Starters to Savor

We begin with a selection of starters designed to awaken your palate. The apple & brie crostinis offer the perfect balance of crisp apple, creamy brie, and a touch of honey, while the roasted heirloom tomato & ricotta crostinis bring a sweet and savory combination that melts in your mouth. For something warm and satisfying, the spring onion & herbed cheese flatbreads deliver a satisfying crunch, topped with fragrant herbs and melted cheese.

For those who enjoy a grazing experience, our brunch board features an elegant spread of smoked salmon canapes, fresh fruits, assorted meats and cheeses, and delicate mini pastries—perfect for sharing and sampling a bit of everything. If you’re in the mood for something creamy and comforting, the spring vegetable tortellini Alfredo combines tender pasta with a rich, velvety sauce made with seasonal vegetables. A mixed green salad, bright and refreshing, rounds out the starters, offering a crisp bite with every forkful.

Indulgent Entrées to Satisfy Every Craving

Moving on to the main courses, our Easter brunch lineup features a mix of sweet and savory indulgences. The chocolate bread pudding with vanilla ice cream is a standout while for French toast lovers, the brioche French toast is a must-try, featuring thick-cut brioche topped with a refreshing blueberry compote (are you hungry yet?).

Savory brunch lovers will enjoy the mini quiche Lorraine, filled with house-smoked bacon and gruyère cheese, a rich and creamy bite in every forkful. Our scrambled eggs are served two ways—Florentine, made with spinach and cheese, and classic plain for those who prefer a simple, traditional dish. For a heartier meal, the braised pork tenderloin Normandy, topped with a delightful dijon cream sauce, offers a comforting and flavorful entrée. Meanwhile, the roasted lemon chicken, marinated with fresh citrus and herbs, is perfectly golden and juicy, a light yet satisfying option.

Perfect Pairings: Sides to Complete Your Plate

No brunch is complete without delicious sides to complement every dish. Our grilled asparagus with Jersey corn succotash is a fresh and vibrant addition, bringing together sweet, smoky, and crisp flavors. The garlic mashed potatoes are smooth and velvety, lightly spiced to balance the natural sweetness of the potatoes.

For those craving a classic breakfast touch, our breakfast sausage and house-made bacon are prepared with locally sourced meats, delivering a rich, smoky flavor. And finally, our roasted sweet potatoes, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, are the perfect comforting addition to any plate.

Beverages to Complement the Meal

To wash it all down, we’re serving freshly brewed coffee, an assortment of juices, and chilled water, ensuring the perfect sip to accompany every dish. ManaFirkin Brewing Company will be here too, serving up beer and bubbly (more on this later!).
